March For Life
Please consider joining the March for Life in Washington D.C. on January 22, 2010. St. Peter's will have a bus leaving the church parking lot at 10:30 a.m. and departing Washington about 4:00 P.M.  Please call the rectory at 301-843-8916 if you are interested in joining the group. Make your statement about protection for the unborn.  Call Pat Palchak at 301-934-1281 for more information. Primarily an educational ministry, the Pro-Life Group informs parishioners about legislative matters and issues related to the preservation of life from conception to natural death. It particularly focuses on abortion, euthanasia and the death penalty. 

This ministry coordinates participation in the Annual March for Life in January, leads the pro-life rosary on the first Friday of each month at 7:00 p.m., supports the Catherine Foundation Crisis Pregnancy Center and generally seeks to protect the dignity of all human life.
