Southern Maryland Post Cana reaches out to widows and widowers of all ages and faiths and is organized under the guidance of the Archdiocese of Washington’s Office of Family Life.  Support is provided through a variety of spiritual and social activities such as Mass for deceased spouses, brunch at local restaurants, pot luck dinners, trips and shows.
